7th August 2016 - Flush & Fill Water Tanks

Today we have re-arranged the packing of the trailer so that it fits a little better and then hooked it up to the car to take it outside to flush the water tanks and refill with fresh water. Barry then had to do a lap of the block to see how it traveled..... pretty happy I am thinking. Everything is coming together beautifully with the new fridge that we bought packed to the brim with frozen food and the battery pack that Barry installed working well to keep the freezer going. Doing a countdown now and it is only 10 sleeps before we head to Melbourne for the first part of our Birdsville trip. Tattslotto catch up lunch with the "Boys" on Thursday, a visit to the new Great Grandchild and the hairdressers before staying Friday night at Lyn & Kevin's before heading to Mildura on Saturday.
